BIG IMPROVEMENTS!

I signed up for Nord because of it high rating and great reviews BUT it rarely works for me. I use it to access UKs BBCiplayer but despite the number of servers offered I rarely get a good connection. Customers Services keep saying they know of the problem and are working To fix it. I joined using a direct debit mandate

I joined using a direct debit mandate, which was all fine, I checked my bank and the direct debit was set up and in place. Nord suspended service stating that the direct debit failed, I then rejoined using PayPal and they suspended service again stating the same! I have now cancelled both payment methods and I'm using a different service that seems to be fine. Nord works well when they allow you to use it, but the billing department are highly incompetent

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Glad to have come across this VPN. I’ve had the misfortune of getting a previous provider only to find out BitTorrent isn’t allowed. Really poor service

Really poor service. Slow, little features on the app, unreliable services unblocking and many, many captchas. Bad customer support, constantly switching you between operators. Beware they put many, many $$$ into marketing and sales to look perfect, but they are not. Their support is just rubbish. My internet speeds were 4x slower than without VPN. They asked me to do lots and lots of silly things like flush cache and change DNS (lol. Of course didn't help and I only wasted 2 hours. They ...

NordVPN is extremely ordinary

NordVPN is extremely ordinary. There are constant headaches on Mac, speed will be slow or connection keep dropping. Or the connection won't work at all until the app is updated. This can take an entire week. Then the issues repeat again a month later. Better to say that Mac is not supported, PC only.IP addresses are too few for the number of customers, forget about logging into any popular email accounts. Note that the vast majority of 5 star reviews are all paid sites or online reviews.

Nordvpn is consistently highly rated by reviewers, you can check this for yourself with a quick google search.The negative reviews here are highly suspicious and should not be taken seriously.I have found Nordvpn's service to be very good. Every site detects a VPN, do not waste money!

I was told that it would work in Mexico, or other places I traveled, that I could still access everything from USA tv to websites! Everyone of them could tell I was using a VPN and denied service.
