Functional, reliable and excellent customer service.
After using Nord VPN for 4 months now I can say that it is a good service although sometimes the speeds can be very slow on some servers, dipping to less than 20 mbps down speed on my 200 package. On average I would say that I get about 30% of my original speed though.I'm writing this review today due to my experience with Nord's customer service via live chat. The application on my PC stopped working for some reason and no matter what I did, I couldn't restore it to its functional state. I ...

I`ve had no problems using the VPN.
I`ve had no problems using the VPN and the seed has been fine, but I do have download of 74 Mbps without VPN and drops to about 67 Mbps with VPN. On a few occasions, it`s failed to connect to servers in some countries and I can`t log in to BBC with the VPN on for example.I took out a 3 year subscription in June of this year. A lot can happen in 3 years regarding regulations restricting VPN possible.If I had read the revues on here regarding refunds, I probably wouldn`t have chosen this VPN. ...

Only gave it one star so I could leave a review. 26 days after joining, I went to the nord website, requested a new Password so I could cancel the account and get my money back, as per their 30 day money back promise.Got the password went to the nord website again and emailed through their support page email cancelling the account and asking for my money back.Travelled abroad and came a month later and found nothing had been done.Went back to the nord website and contacted the support ...

Priserne er skam fine nok.. men fanger mig selv i hele tiden at slå det fra gang på gang, da utrolig mange hjemmesider slet ikke virker med NordVpn på. Og hvad er ideen så i det.. hvis man 98% af tiden ikke har det tændt...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Out of all of the VPNs that I've tried, I can confidently say that Nord is the best I've used by far. As in the case of all VPNs, this will slow you down, but only by a little bit--the others are a lot worse. DNS LEAK ON UK 1195 (HYDRA COMMUNICATIONS)
seriously i was using nordvpn today - united kingdom server no 1195 on my macbook i guess the server belonged to hydra communications and there was a dns leak like a actual dns leak. I had a live chat with nordvpn and sent them screenshot of the same. They told me to go to come dns leak and ip check site and still there was dns leak. Never work
Never work, never solve any issues, keep asking you to try without any results.Never refund because of their terms of service.I think I can respect their terms of service when they are fully and constantly available. Obviously, they DON'T.

Charge after subscription cancelled, no refund offered
Had NordVPN for a while great app and service, used it for a while but found a better and cheaper alternative so decided to cancel my subscription via the NordVPN website. It is not clear however that this does not cancel your subscription to Mac App store payments as well. NordVPN had been taking payments from me 3 months after cancelling my subscription on their website via the app store.
