Not impressed with the faceless customer support or the fact that the apps for Mac OS X and devices are very inferior to windows and android versions. When I contacted them with help accessing Amazon while overseas (Amazon blocks NordVPN access, their help was insufficient. Fails to work as promised. Poor communications and support.

Their VPN did not allow me to stream UK tv programes as promised. I tried contacting their tech support but the "support" was perfunctory at best. The recommendations they made just did not work and weren’t particularly clear.They do not even acknowledge, let alone respond to emails for assistance or requesting a refund of my cc payment.
