Bought in error, refund was seamless and easy
I accidentally bought this service, but my company already had a VPN set up. I asked for a refund and was helped immediately to get that taken care of, no questions asked. The Tech on the chat was polite and helped me obtain a refund without being pushy or rude.

Requested refund for financial reasons
Because of financial reasons and because I didn't do enough research on what VPNs do, I purchased NordVPN in the hopes that my ping issues (Australia) would improve during online gaming. Sadly it didn't really help all that much, and I requested a cancellation and refund from a very helpful agent named Claire, who made the process quick and simple!Despite not being about to continue with NordVPN, I was very satisfied with the customer support I received!

Awesome!
Well, I made a mistake with a purchase I made. I had a very helpful agent named Earl. He helped me get a refund, and insured me I can still get the correct service despite my mistake. Very good customer service.

Pain in my ass!
I wish there weren't so many damned updates!The updates are very glitchy too - just sort the software out properly and leave it alone for a while!!!The other annoying thing is it doesn't seem to allow google ad links to work!Close but no cigar!
