Easy to use, subscriptions could do some work :)
excellent service, very simple to use, seemed very safe for regular browsing while my internet was not too safe. i just wish you could make the long term subscription plans monthly, and not pay all the subscription term at once. (charge n amount per unit of time for an elongated time instead of purchasing all at once)

I purchased NordVPN thinking my new router (Netgear Nighthawk X10 - R9000) could use it. I found out it cannot, so I entered the chat to cancel my purchase. I was treated courteously and professionally and promptly.
