I'm a new client of NordVPN and experienced some issues with Netflix while connected via NordVPN. As such I contacted the support chat option and was assisted by Karen and Lyanna. LEO got the SAUCE
I contacted NordVPN via Live chat today. I was connected with a LEO. He was very helpful in every way. I explained to him that I tried purchasing twice before but the payment was declined and reversed both times. Do not know the reason because I called the bank and I have sufficient funds and nothing was being blocked. When I explained that he explained to me that it can be getting flagged as fraudulent. NordVPN is Decent if you have the Know How
The software worked well, support was great, understanding.I am somewhat simple person and not that Tech Savvy hence I think i didnt harness the usefulness of the program.I think NordVPN is worth the money if you know how to use it right, the uhhh User Interface was not difficult, maybe little bit more uhhh Explanations what is what?Apologies for "rough" english, it isnt my native language.

Very happy with NordVpn and the agent Marques ;-)
My account was auto renewed to a different plan than I wanted - Marques fixed this issue in seconds!Was given a refund - and sent a link where to apply the new code.Very happy with NordVpn and the agent Marques ;-)

Everything was good
Everything was good, but the only disadvantage was that sometimes DNS came up in my country, Japan, in the ipleak test, and the anonymity was revealed.In the end, this part could not be solved, and it was an opportunity to change to Express VPN and VPN Unlimited Exclude this part, still highly recommended VPNHowever, contrary to everyone's assessment that it was difficult to get a refund, in my case, the refund went well due to the dns problem.
