Best customer service
Had some issues with back end server stuffs. Spent 2 days on google and was unable to fix it. I used the live help and a member of their support (Martin) was able to talk to me with less than 2 minute wait. Problem was solved in under 15 minutes of troubleshooting. Amazing customer service.

Annullering / fortrydelse af abn.
Skriver til Nordvpn og ønsker at annullere abn. De svarer fint tilbage og ønsker en årsag. Det er også fint. Men de vil ikke bekræfte min annullering af abn. før jeg har gennemgået/testet flere punkter, som de ønsker. Det er meget utilfredsstillende. Det ser ikke ud til at man kan annullere sit abn. uden at man skal chikaneres. Jeg ønsker blot at annullere/stoppe mit abn. indenfor fortrydelsen på de 30 dage. Jeg har kun haft det 1-2 dage.

Best support and quick acess
I enrolled for NordVPN and made a silly error in the registration form with email address. Within minutes NordVPN Online support (special thanks to Mickey) resolved my issue and ensured I could use their service. Will recommend to anyone looking for professional VPN.

I've reached out to the NordVPN team a few times now and my experience has overall been good with them - sometimes smoother, other times a little trickier but at the end of the day they've guided me through solving all issues and I've never been left unsatisfied. Good job!

Confusing cancellation w/ no refunds.
Confusing cancellation w/ no refunds.Pressed a button to cancel automatic payments with understanding that this would cancel the current subscription. Turns out you need to contact them directly to cancel your subscription within the 30-day period. This was not made clear and they now refuse to refund and cancel my current (3-year) subscription as the 30-day period has passed. A lot of money wasted because of their deceptive tactics.
