I was very happy with this product. The problem was it only supports IPV4 which I understand. The ones that said that they did I did not trust. Benedict was very helpful and speedy. I will be back once you upgrade for IPV6. Thanks for the great experience

Great VPN Service and Customer Support

I have been bothering the customer support for a while with a lot of questions, and all of them were so kind, and patient, and understanding, and helped me with my troubleshoot problems step by step. I am really thankful and I can only say they are a great team of professionals. I went thru 5 VPNS paying a month at a time and never really was sure they were the ones for me. I tried NordVPN I immediately bought the 3-year subscription. They have 24/7 support who are all great. I would highly recommend it. I have no intentions on shopping around when my 3 years is up. Skaffet meg VPN først og fremst for å ha ekstra sikkerhet når jeg er på reise og må bruke usikret nett. Etter å ha lest gjennom noen tester på nett valgte jeg NordVPN og foreløpig har det fungert helt smertefritt. Lett å installere og kopler seg lett opp når PC slås på. Om det virker like bra som testene sier får jeg vel bare vite om det skulle finne på å feile... Så lenge det virker merker jeg vel ingenting uansett.

Hours of troubleshooting and it still doesn't work as I hoped

After about 5 hours of troubleshooting an issue on my desktop with the help of NordVPN, over a period of approx. 2 weeks, I finally was able to have internet access while connected to their servers.
