Happy NordVPN User
NordVPN is very easy to install and use - advanced features are readily available but don't get in the way of using the product. NordVPN's speed is surprisingly fast, even when running in Double VPN mode. Customer support has been very responsive for the occasional question.

Tom at Nord VPN helped me to fix a problem with Nord not opening. Please note that this was likely due to some compatibility issues NOT RELATED TO NORD. i request a refund because of accidentaly payment process that i dont agree agent edgar is very kind to serve me and support.im verry lucky that your support team work fast and reliable to give good service to your costumer and i ask him how can i commend him but i think this is not enough. he need a promotion i want him to be the president of the company.. joke only but i believe he need a promotion

Superb customer service
I had a connectivity issue, Rhys from the customer support chat gave me very detailed instructions on how to adjust the application and OpenVPN's setting. He was very resourceful. I am glad I found him over the chat support otherwise I would have canceled the service already.

Grundfunktionen kaputt
DNS Auflösung schlägt regelmäßig fehl. Werbeblocker ist reines marketing feature und macht am Ende Webseiten kaputt.Der Support hat auch nicht weiter geholfen und mein Problem nicht verstanden und auch nicht versucht nachzuvollziehen.
