Excellent technical support team
For ages, NordVPN would only work if I set the VPN protocol as TCP, which, I read, is not very efficient. Three days ago, I decided to contact their support team to try to sort it out once and for all. They responded rapidly, and in the course of a few emails, where they asked me to try things, at the same time explaining why, it was all sorted out and everything now works perfectly, And I now have a greater understanding of how it all works. Thank you, support team.
