Leider muss ich einen Stern geben!Ich kann meinen Vorrednern nur zustimmen. Verstecktes Abo, es ist fast unmöglich die Automatik auszuschalten! Es ist für mich absolut unverständlich und unverschämt das ein Unternehmen das Sicherheit verkaufen will seine Kunden abzockt! Nie wieder irgend etwas von denen. Aber wer so mit seinen Kunden umgeht bekommt irgendwann die Quittung!

Nord is terrible

Nord is terrible, connection was hit and miss and they took money from an account that they were not authorised to use. They are trying to backtrack but terms and condition state from the auto payment card set up, Nord took it from a different card I used for the initial setup. Then the following 3 months from the correct auto payment card then changed again. This is a huge red flag for any company. Go with another provider. They do not take customer service seriously.Your reply is incorrect!

NordVPN aus meiner Sicht unseriös

NordVPN mag sehr gut funktionieren, arbeitet aus meiner Sicht aber sehr unseriös, In der Online-Presse, in Vergleichsportalen wird stets mit einem günstigeren Preis "geworben", als er dann erschein, wenn man auf den Link klickt. Und absolut unverschämt: NordVPN wirbt mit Preisen ohne MwSt., d.h. die 19% MwSt. für Deutschland werden einfach noch mal on top dazu gezogen.

Do not use this VPN

Do not use this VPN, this is so bad and the worst VPN I ever used. They show wrong results in google, cached version, it is slow, and each time I try to use it I need to log in in two screens.

Hacked Account Support

My account was in the process of being hacked, and was unavailable to me, but an easy chat with their support staff fixed all my issues and re-secured my account. Streaming Netflix on ChromeCast with VPN

I had just got a new router so I could stream Netflix and more from different locations on my ChromeCast. I changed location on my NordVPN app on my phone, but when I played it on ChromeCast I kept getting error messages. I messaged the chat and got great help from Derrick. It took us some time to get to the root of the problem but he was very patient and helpful until I solved the problem! Deze dienst een maand uitgeprobeerd en besloten dat een VPN niet aan mij besteed is. Na eenvoudig contact met NordVPN ontving ik het volledige aankoopbedrag, zoals beloofd, binnen 2 dagen weer terug. Verder werkte de dienst ook ontzetten snel en gemakkelijk. Mocht een VPN iets voor je zijn, is dit zeker een aanrader.

Ripped me off and Refuse to Acknowledge or Refund

I cancelled my subscription after the 30 day free trial 3 months ago to find out they have been charging me without my knowledge since then. Paid for 2 months that were not used. They did not email or confirm that they had been charging my credit card. Filing a report with the better business bureau, disputing the charge, and been using a better VPN service.
