Super quick to help and resolve my issues.

I contacted support due to issues resetting my NordPass account because I lost both my Master password and my Recovery codes. I tried to follow the instructions found here support dot nordpass dot com/hc/en-us/articles/360002378758-Forgot-your-Master-Password-and-no-Recovery-Code but could not install the Mac OS (intel) app and Estrella Lopez was quick to help me out with the browser extension, the mobile app and helped me reset my account so I could use the app again.

NordPass great product with superb support

Using this product for year now and write how helpfull NordPass is, using android app or browser (chrome/edge) extension. Upgrading now to Family plan for all my family members can use such a good product! Also Nordpass support is usefull and helpful, like today when answering questions about upgrade of current Premium plan to Family plan by their staff "Estrella Lopez" !
