Got a really quick response.
I'd like to clear my vault and start over. But, since I had forgotten my passcode, I contacted customer service through live chat with no expectations, thinking that it would take a day or two. Sophie, on the other hand, responded immediately and gave me instructions. I also asked her more related to a technical question and received a response in less than a minute, which made me feel safe and confident.
