I had an issue with connectivity MFA that I was struggling to sort but a huge heads up to Elias Peralta who resolved this very quickly and efficiently, hope he gets a day off with full pay as he deserves it!

Great service and customer support
I just wanted to try NordVPN to see if the service is good. It worked just as expected, but I didn't actively need the service, so I requested a refund. Customer support Eduardo Olmedo was very helpful and promptly refunded me. Great experience overall.

Really easy to refund, Nice Support
I've had a chat with Eduardo Olmedo on the support line because I wanted to refund my subscription. He did his best to figure out a way to solve my problem with me, but in the end we stumbled into a brick wall which Eduardo and I could not possibly overcome. Usually support chats are boring but my man Eduardo was fun to chat with whilst being extremely efficient in his problem solving. "Migration to the EU data center"
What do you like best about NordPass Business? We in the company were migrating the US data center to the EU one. As per the received information, the process should be easy and it was at the end. During the process of the migration, you are not able to use NordPass but it took only a few hours, so it was acceptable.

We have tried a couple of options and ended up selecting NordPass and since then, we used it daily.
