The support I have received from Jay at Nitropack was excellent. My site had issues connecting to Nitropack and it took some time to make it all connect correctly. Nitropack est vraiment une solution ultra aboutie pour accéler son site. Les possibilités de setup sont très fines, et le support très efficace et rapide. Un peu cher, mais bien plus efficace que les outils concurrents, donc c'est ok pour moi. Tout a un prix.. ;)
