Hi, I'm Michal, IT support from the non-profit project kasigarda.sk , after several attempts I managed to optimize the website and the page pagespeed.web.dev evaluates us 4x green Mobile and 4x green Desktop. I managed to do it through the ShortPixel Image Optimizer plugin and their great help on the help support to reduce the photos and make Avif compressed files. Best site caching I have yet to find
Best site caching I have yet to find. I have used this on a few different sites and always makes a big difference for page load time. Any issues we have had are resolved quickly - I have worked with Vasil in tech support, had to create a ticket and it was solved within 15 minutes - stellar support and quality service!

Astonishingly quick and technically strong replies
Astonishingly quick replies. Remarkable turn round times. And technically strong as well. Also the help is unfailingly polite and helpful and if things don't work first time, they are quick to get back to you again - they don't give up easily!!. I also really like the threads being duplicated in the Dashboard and in Gmail. I am working on a staging site and could be working all over the place at any one time. This way I don't miss replies. Well done good people. Richard
