Don't use with Magento 2
Nitropack used to work great on our site. When we added a new website, we were forced to work with the latest version of the Nitropack plug-in. This version does NOT work with Magento 2. It takes a large toll on your server and does not provide users with a good experience. Customer service is terrible and does not offer any solution.

I had a few issues with setup
I had a few issues with setup, contacted support who helped me resolve the issue within minutes. Massive performance improvement on the site too. Looks to be a great product.
