Signed up to 7 day free trial, somehow accidentally upgraded, got my full refund.

What do you like best? * Great custom support. * Service is a brilliant Idea and I'm excited to continue trying it out. What do you dislike? Deceptive and Unethical Business Model - Took my money and wouldn't refund it

What do you like best? I signed up for the trial period and wasn't impressed. There was really nothing in there that I couldn't do on my own looking at social media sites or through google searches. What do you dislike? They are unethical and their disclosures don't follow their business practices. Very responsive customer service

My son signed up for this service inadvertantly as he did not understand what he was buying. He used his mother's debit card unauthorized and I contacted NinjaOutreach immediately. Within one day they were back in touch with me, even though the person calling me was overseas. It was so easy to cancel the service and they issued me a refund immediately. The customer service was so pleasant and cooperative to deal with.
