Good customer service
The tool itself has good functionality, however, it's not what I was looking for. I was charged for the whole year but after great communication with the customer support team, they were able to sort it out for me. Thanks for your prompt responses and actions!

Great product. You get what you pay for.
Very happy with this product. Easy and intuitive to use with no glitches or bugs. Powerful program for many uses. Easy to collect data and download onto your computer. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone interested.

Great tool with many options
What do you like best? The setup is intuitive, and natural to work with What do you dislike? I would like more settings for sending out mails. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Instead of manual copy/pasting, Ninja can automate the process. This means I can save a lot of time.

Stole my personal info, won’t take it down, extorting money
This website has a listing of my Instagram profile even though I’ve never been associated or affiliated with them. With personal information such as my full name which I removed from my profile over a year ago and is no longer publicly available. When I asked them to take it down as I never consented to this the only response I was given that my private information was ‘publicly available’ and there is a $100 account removal fee. SCAMMED!!!
Do not sign up for a free trial!!I signed up and within 10 minutes they charged my credit card AUD2000.I complained instantly and they came back with a complete lie claiming I switched and upgraded which was a complete lie.The software seems okay, but now I have my bank and solicitor involved.Their business practices are unscrupulous and fraudulent.
