BE VERY CAREFUL. A genuine warning about NinjaOutreach

What do you like best? The tool seems not too bad to be fair to them What do you dislike? We signed up for the trial, prior to the trial ending we asked for help downgrading to the monthly plan which we saw mentioned in their user panel. The service was great! They helped a lot with things that I needed personally for my own branding.

What do you like best? We have to reach out to 6 million of our community members that are part of our district for outreach. We have to get the word out efficiently, fast and see the results of that. I began using Ninja Outreach "enterprise" about five days ago... they explained the whole process through a very insightful free Skype session that taught me how to use the tools. Then, they helped me to set up a brand new account and they even helped to do the great majority of the work since I'm not the most tech savvy. Great Customer Support!

What do you like best? Aris was my host for a demo I had with NinjaOutreach, and he did an excellent job explaining how to use the software thoroughly. What do you dislike? There are many features on NinjaOutreach that gets a bit confusing to understand on one's own. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We would like to continue to build an online presence through this software.

Solid Tool for Outreach

What do you like best? Really into the link prospecting. Takes the hassle out of a very tedious process. What do you dislike? Maybe the UI could be a little bit more intuitive.
