What do you like best? Their customer support, particularly from Byron, can make the difference if you're going to be using a SAAS product. Being an outreach tool, it compares favourably to the big names including Buzzstream and Pitchbox. What do you like best? Not a lot. The email follow up feature seems like it could be useful, but not at the prices they charge. What do you dislike? I signed up for a free trial, took a look around and decided that I might come back again at a later date to look again. 2 weeks later I noticed that they had charged me almost $600. What do you like best? Before I discovered Ninja Outreach I was spending multiple hours on outreach with little response rate. Which ultimately was wasting my time.
