What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja is great for patch management, we use it all around the office for keeping track of devices. We can see when a device is added when a user is added to the computer, etc via email which I very much enjoy! What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Not sure what to add here. "All your admin needs in one place"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? 1. Detail of each workstation and server. 2. Remote capability - with security. 3. Being able to remotely admin systems both with and without end user knowledge. 4. And everything else the platform does that I have not listed here...its all perfect. "Packed with features"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love how many services are included with Ninja. TeamViewer, Bitedefender and Splashtop. We were originally paying for all of them and now we are getting a reliable RMM with everything above. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? "Customer service second to none"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I've never had a more seamless experience with any third-party company for handling PSA, RMM or MSP products than Ninja. Nicole has been incredibly responsive with communication and ensures that we've been comfortable with our transition away from one of those "other guys". Only downside would be only able to manage one antivirus, does not support ESET yet. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The support is always very fast and helpful. The RMM software is easy to use and very powerful. We mainly use NinjaRMM to remotely access and support our client endpoints, and for this, NinjaRMM has been the best decision we've made. We get daily and weekly reports for everything in our client organizations, and we are able to easily see when something is wrong.
