"RMM that has made my life easier "

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ease of use, great product support and that it’s about the features of the software rather than focusing on unnecessary features. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? My biggest drawback is the limiting reporting. That’s a feature I’d like to see progress on. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? We use this for Monitoring and pro active maintenance. It has reduced ...

"Back end support "

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja is very easy to set up and deploy. I'm a one man shop, and your tools make it easy for me to support about 150 endpoints. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I'd love to have better backup integrations for SOHOs. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm merely scratching the surface, but Ninja helps me keep tabs on all my endpoints. I get useful alerts so I ...

"Easily the best RMM on the market, its not even close."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The cloud interface is intuitive and easy to use. It does what it says it is going to do! The reports are great and it doesn't take a team of on boarders to figure out how to use the damn thing. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It doesn't have an automatic distribution tool. After trying many other tools, the only one I've found which worked well was Solarwinds NAble. Recommendations to others considering ...

What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Wish there was an MDM solution built into the product Recommendations to others considering NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM): If you're looking for a cloud based simplified RMM that meets all important IT concerns, give Ninja ...

"Great Product and Wonderful Service"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ease of Use and Implementation; Large Feature-set and Integration Capabilities; Easy to Use Back-end; Wonderful Customer Service and Focus on the Success of their Partners What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Quite a few notifications out of the box. It takes a little bit of customization, but everything does. The reporting features are a bit lackluster; however, I don't rely on Ninja for that aspect of the ...

"Cheap, Reliable, Simple to Use, and Great Support"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja is a fantastic RMM tool that offers, in my opinion, the best bang for your buck. It's a little lighter on features than other RMM's on the market but it still gives you all the tools you need to get the job done. Now, as with any software, we've experienced some technical issues, but my experiences with their support have been unmatched and my issues have always been resolved. WELL DONE. What do you dislike about NinjaOne ...

"Great product that leaves competitors looking like software from the 90's"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The range of features integrated into NinjaRMM are extensive, for example I have just set up Netflow on my firewall and pointed it to my NinjaRMM NMS, now I can view traffic flow and statistics from anywhere. The value for money is also incredible, rather than paying for antivirus and remote access software you get it all in one bundle cheaper than we could even get bit-defender on its own. What do you dislike about NinjaOne ...

"Great full-featured service, easy to deploy"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It's easy to deploy and fairly intuitive to configure. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Getting metrics on what the monthly billable is for various clients requires a handheld calculator and a current copy of the services rates. It makes it very difficult to stay up-to-date and to balance provisioning versus the clients' budgets. Recommendations to others considering NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM): There is ...
