The best RMM tool today!

PROS: I love that NinjaRMM is equipped with third-party patching functionality and other helpful tools, unlike the other software I used in the past. Setting up NinjaRMM is fast and no problem at all, taking us only a few hours to finish it. Before we use this platform, we also noticed that our clients don’t receive constant updates, which they now enjoy when we switched to NinjaRMM. An excellent tool to support our clients

PROS: NinjaRMM provides huge help since the lockdown up to now. I am using it to support clients' checks, implement patches, and provide remote support with the help of the integrated software called Splashtop. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Pricing, reliability, support, and customer service. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I am impressed by how consistent the Ninja interface is to use! It helps me keep ahead of support requests from my clients in a way no other RMM has done for me ( I’ve used 4 so far)! What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There’s a lot to Ninja. Experiencing best customer support with NinjaRMM

PROS: I love that NinjaRMM goes the extra mile to provide superior support to its users. Good support is very important if you belong to a service industry—and that’s what I receive from this tool. I also appreciate that diagnosing and solving system issues are faster with TeamViewer’s integration. CONS: You have to pay close attention to every step you’re taking when exploring the platform, or else you’ll end up messing up with it.

Complete tool for RMM

PROS: NinjaRMM is has a user-friendly, easy-to-use interface and variety of helpful functionalities. Managing updates is simple, and accessing customer is easy as well. Reports are easy-to-understand and brief. Additionally, customer support never fails to give us a positive experience. They are responsive when we encounter issues and always ready to solve them. "Best RMM Tool to date - and just getting better."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ease of use - We are able to manage 250 devices per tech under the ninja platform. "Ninja RMM has been a great tool for our organization."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? My team really likes the vast feature-set of NinjaRMM. It integrates well with remote access clients and AV software. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I've had Ninja RMM deployed in my environment for several months now and it yet to disappoint me. We needed a product that could patch endpoints that rarely connect to our network and this has been the ideal solution. It's easy to use without unnecessary features.
