"Best In class RMM"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I have used a bunch of different RMM's over the years and they all lacked real 3rd party patching Ninja has everything i needed and more. Fast set up took my team less then a day to get the agent out and on my 10 clients pc and macs . The servers all had it on with no issues....We also found out our clients have been missing a lot of updates before Ninja . That all was discovered because of the software. It up us catch a major ...

"NinjaRMM is my COVID Cure"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love that NinaRMM is cloud-based. I just switched to NinjaRMM about 2-weeks before COVID and it allowed me to patch my mobile workers (that's everyone now) while they worked at home. I am not sure what it would have been like without NinjaRMM. Oh, and I like that is just works!! What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I find it somewhat simple featured but that's okay. This makes it simpler to use which is more ...

"Great platform"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Remote PowerShell access is probably one of the best features. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Difficulty in pushing some types of apps. I would like the ability to run Software Scan automatically when a new computer is enrolled, and a place to see which installer files I have uploaded to Ninja. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Troubleshooting remotely is ...

"Very happy with Ninja"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja is easy on the eyes, full of amazing detailed info at a quick glance. The selling point for me was that Ninja uses TeamViewer as an option for remote connections into computers and it feels just as if you are paying for your own TeamViewer. So far I like it better than Kaseya, ConnectWise, and Pulseway for our needs. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Limiting in themes for items like dark mode. That’s it ...

"Great value for the price - Better than competitors"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The best use of Ninja is the use of being able to use custom scripts. This makes the onboarding process of remote users extremely easy. Along with this, they have a great selection of pre-made scripts to do basic housekeeping tasks. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It took a while to figure out that the "Search" tab is actually just the list of devices. It would be a lot more helpful if it was just labeled ...

MFA options are also great. Furthermore it's fantastic that we had the option to add Bitdefender licences and Teamviewer licenses to our contract. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It would be very nice if we you can manage our licences from diffrent softwares with ...

During lockdown I have still been able to support clients check and apply patches and jump on and give remote support using the excellent Splashtop remote control software.
