What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaRMM has an amazing interface with a large feature set. Managing updates is as simple as creating a new policy and applying it. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ease of setup and configuration. It is quick to get going and make changes. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It is a bit light on features compared to some of the larger competitors. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Allowing us to be proactive with problems instead of reactive. Having everything easily accessible has been a time saver.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Pricing is very flexible. We've tried many RMM systems in the past and Ninja offers a great pricing model. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The UI can be difficult to navigate if you don't use it on daily. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? The RMM allows us to continuously maintain a proactive relationship with our clients.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Solid reporting and fairly easy to add devices. Once monitoring is set up, I very much appreciate the SMS alerting feature! BitDefender integration with Windows is perfect SplashTop is very lightweight on PC resources and Bandwidth Windows patching allows me to keep clients up to date.
