"Save time, save money... its powerful and simple"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It just works out of the box. We didn't have to spend countless hours configuring Ninja or hours learning the tool. It's intuitive and works on day one! The account manager reached out to me personally to introduce herself and make sure that our onboarding experience met our expectations. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The only thing I can find that is problematic is that there doesn't seem to be a way to ...

Great endpoint management tool
PROS: NinjaRMM is far better compared to other tools we’ve used before. With it, we’re able to manage and patch all devices and sites easily. Setting it is easy and quick as well. The constant updates always provide new improvements to the system, and the customer support is very helpful to our team. I also love the fact that I can use the tool on my phone, where I patch and receive notifications when something needs our attention. I know this tool will release something big in the future ...

Great experience
PROS: NinjaRMM’s user interface is easy to understand, and all the information you need can be found in one place. One of the best parts about this tool is the integration with TeamViewer, which allows remote connections among our staff and makes us feel we have our own TeamViewer software. I can say that it's better compared to other tools, like Pulseway and ConnectWise. CONS: There are only a few theme options available!

"NinjaRMM has become an invaluable tool since implementing"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? All of the integration possibilities. I can manage my enterprise AV, a ticketing system, and my remote access system from a single application. The scripting engine is very powerful and versatile as well. Being able to create parameters that can be called from the UI via an input field awesome. It also does patching for OS and 3rd party software as well as making inventory a breeze! The recent addition of BitLocker key management is ...

"Game Changer"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We love the ability to provide comprehensive and instant support from a single pane of access - chiefly supported by useful integrations like "patch management" and "remote support technology (Teamviewer/Splastop). The mobile app has been invaluable for those "on the road" server reboots. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We would like to see NinjaRMM continue to develop the features in the mobile app. We'd also ...
