"NinjaRMM has been a great addition to my network."
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Constantly upgrading with new features Integration with screen connect for remote access Patching seems stable Price What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I'd like more granular control of patching. Scheduling reboots in the future. There are little quirks that would be nice, but their roadmap is nice to feel that your suggestion is being looked into. Lacking a Network Discovery option is really hindering the ...

"Easy to Implement and Use"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaRMM was very easy to onboard. Our primary purpose for it was for patch management which was a breeze to configure and is working far better than SCCM, which we're transitioning away from. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Some better grouping functionality could be implemented to make configuration profiles easier to assign. NinjaRMM also is missing the ability to uninstall updates. What problems is ...

Easy-to-use RMM tool
PROS: I like that I can seamlessly add devices, and the tool comes with robust reporting. I also appreciate the SMS notifications after setting up NinjaRMM. CONS: I wish I could add all the devices I used on the pricing model I have chosen. Also, it would be great of the notifications can be customized according to users’ preferences.

"Slightly more expensive but features leave alternatives in the dust."
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Even my most junior team members can rapidly be valuable in NinjaRMM. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? My brain was trained to think of management by other RMM tools (ConnectWise and N-able). NinjaRMM's layout is so user-friendly, I struggled with the console at first. Recommendations to others considering NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM): Compare the increase in per endpoint price against your labor costs. What ...

"Great product and company"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The people at NinjaRMM truly care about how their customers use their product and what they can do to improve it. We've had various communications with the sales and tech teams to provide input about Ninja, and they follow up on those suggestions. However, there isn't much to improve. The installation is easy, managing computers and applications are simple, technical support is quick to respond, and the product just works. It has ...

"The staff and support experience is amazing!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The Sales and onboarding process has been like nothing I have worked with before. The teams treated me like I was a human and not a dollar and a contract, and at the time of this writing, they did not require contracts. All the sales and even the project managers have been outstanding in answering our questions presales with no commitment given to help us feel comfortable as we were previously burned from another RMM. Once we signed ...

"NinjaRMM - Good for Startup MSPs"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaRMM provides a reliable RMM tool that is great for a startup company. I especially like the immediate integration of Bitdefender to provide a monitoring tool and security solutions with a single deployment. The fact that it is a total cloud solution makes it even better, with mobile app monitoring and the availability of managed assets. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Some of the controls for different ...

"Ninja is a Game Changer"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja makes software deployment so easy I can train an intern on how to write deployment scripts and automate essential IT functions such as third-party update installation, security posture compliance, and troubleshooting. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I had one case where a technician was not very helpful. I escalated the issue to my Account Manager, and the issue was taken care of immediately. Ninja not ...
