"Easy to Implement and Use"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaRMM was very easy to onboard. Our primary purpose for it was for patch management which was a breeze to configure and is working far better than SCCM, which we're transitioning away from. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Some better grouping functionality could be implemented to make configuration profiles easier to assign. Easy-to-use RMM tool

PROS: I like that I can seamlessly add devices, and the tool comes with robust reporting. I also appreciate the SMS notifications after setting up NinjaRMM. CONS: I wish I could add all the devices I used on the pricing model I have chosen. Also, it would be great of the notifications can be customized according to users’ preferences.

The teams treated me like I was a human and not a dollar and a contract, and at the time of this writing, they did not require contracts. "Ninja is a Game Changer"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja makes software deployment so easy I can train an intern on how to write deployment scripts and automate essential IT functions such as third-party update installation, security posture compliance, and troubleshooting.
