Provides help to my team in the time of the pandemic
PROS: I am glad I found NinjaRMM, and it’s really helpful, especially that people have to work from due to the COVID-19 crisis. It is a cloud-hosted software, which allows patching much easier and convenient for my remote team. Our life couldn’t be this easier without this tool. CONS: Not actually a biggie, but I just noticed some common features included in the software. However, that’s not going to affect the tool’s overall performance.

"What a great RMM stack!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It's great being able to access and manage all of our endpoints from one single pane. NinjaOne allows us to do that with ease. The community is very helpful, and the NinjaOne staff (sales, support, et all) are great. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It's a little scary having all your eggs in one basket, but it's an evil necessity if you want to be able to expand your business and provide good service to all ...

"Ahead Of The Curve"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? They are always adding features, integrating third parties, or taking suggestions from actual users. Their team truly enjoys their job, and you can see it in real time. Everything from their knowledge base to their follow-ups and their events. It feels as if they put their hearts and souls into this product and I'm grateful to have had the pleasure of growing my business because of it! What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly ...

"The best RMM"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I've used several RMM systems for over 15 years. Ninja RMM (now NinjaOne) is a modern RMM that is easy to use, clean, fast, secure, and powerful! Using other RMM's is like going back to the stone ages. One of the best things about Ninja is that they don't sit still and wait for others to pass them by. This happened with Kasaya, which was a good product at first, but they didn't do much to improve and therefore were left in the ...

"Great SaaS tool for remote capabilities"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja is fast and light weight. I have used other tools in the past but this is the first SaaS tool I have used for remote support. In addition to having the Splashtop add on, I can quickly log in to the problem device and work issues. The biggest benefit is that it works for both Windows and macOS; I don't need a separate machine or tool to support a hybrid environment. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Need a ...

"Get Ninja"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like the overall manageability of the application. I can do so many things from one dashboard for all PCs in my environment. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The only thing I can say I dislike is the install issue with Team Viewer. It installs Team Viewer host and not the full version on some installs. Other than that, it's a triple-A-rated application!! Recommendations to others considering NinjaOne ...

Does not support XP and 2003 boxes anymore. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Patching, records of eventviewer and syslogs is awesome. "Excellent remote management software!!!!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Overall, NinjaRMM has helped centralize and consolidate our remote access, antivirus, and workstation/server patching capabilities. The integration with Splashtop makes it easier for us to control end-users access to the machines they need, and Bitdefender's integration has made our antivirus solution/monitoring much more manageable. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Currently, the Hyper-V endpoint integration ...
