"I love everything about Ninja it very easy to manage users with no interaction"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The fact that i can do so much to a users computer with no interaction What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I do with there was a place to upload software instead of copying from a network location or s3 bucket What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? i am able to create scripts right in the library and it is much easier. i can edit the registry for any client computer.

"NinjaOne is hands down one of the best Rmm products we have used, and ive used many over the years"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I really like being able to handle cloud backups directly from the Rmm Platform, saving us from having to have seperate products to accomplish that task. PROS: What I love most about this tool is that it recognizes its users as a big part of its success. It has a friendly and responsive customer service that helps us address our and our customer’s needs. They are always ready to help and provide suggestions to bridge the gap between us and our clients.
