Love the support and the tool itself

PROS: NinjaRMM possesses fantastic remote capabilities without disrupting us and our clients. I like that it comes with good reporting functionality and customization options. The tool is easy to use, with an easy-to-understand interface, good customer support, and great design. CONS: Here are the things I don’t like about this tool: no support for Linux users (but they said they’ll work on this in the coming updates) no deployment tool, and no installation support for some major products, ...

"NinjaOne delivers"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Patch management for software, antivirus, and windows in the same place is great. You get that single solution that also incorporates remote access options. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I would love to see some improvements to software patching, it works great for the select programs in supports. I would like to see that list grow though. Also, I would like Splashtop remote access to allow multiple ...

The TeamViewer integration has had historical issues. Once they moved to a more integrated platform with Teamviewer, there have been fewer problems. "Solid Product that does what they claim"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninjas patching and update process is the best I have seen. While most of the time it works flawlessly the dashboards are easy to understand when it doesn't and easy to fix. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? From a reporting standpoint there is a long way to go. If you wanted to track SLA's on workstation or server uptime you really need another tool. It would be nice to be able to track this on each device and ...

"I've had a great experience with Ninja and it's a great software to RMM my clients!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I appreciate it's ease to setup and deploy. I also like the fast support responses. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? If they could do remote group training or 1 on 1 session for partners each quarter. Would speed up learning curve and we can keep up with changes and new features. Recommendations to others considering NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM): Give it a try! Nothing to lose! What problems is NinjaOne ...

"An essential tool for any IT professional"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love that I can manage all my endpoints from one pane of glass. The interface is user-friendly and straightforward. All the information I need to manage my endpoints is in one nice neat location! I love the Dojo and the road map containing items for future releases. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The RMM side is where Ninja started. All the new features still feel too "new" and not baked enough. However, I ...
