After trying different RMM and PSA solutions in such a short time, the transition to NinjaOne was simple and straightforward. It is very powerful, easy to navigate, and has an amazing user interface. Excellent integration with external applications. Plus, the staff and customer service and support community are just amazing. Thanks NinjaOne!

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Scripting engine. Easy to work with, robust, and quick. All my powershell scripts have run without issue and the ability to tie scripts into the Ninja platform to read and write information is tremendous. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Everything about NinjaOne is intuitive. It just works the way I need it to work and makes a one-person IT department much more efficient. I like how Ninja is always evolving and integrating new APIs and partners. Andy Karruli, my account manager, has been on top of all requests with extraordinary response times. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaRMM provides us with two key benefits: Windows Update management and system monitoring. We've migrated from an expensive, complex in-house SCCM server to an always-accessible cloud-based solution that works, and works well. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Some possible better integrations with ConnectWise Manage.
