What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NInja makes it possible for us to monitor, support, and secure our end points from anywhere. During 2020's push to send workers home Ninja allowed us to enforce policy, deploy new software, and keep a tight inventory. It's powerful but intuitive. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love the ability to have all features built into one solution. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I wish there could be some KPIs. Monitoring when tickets come in would be nice in the app What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Simple, clean interface that is easy to navigate and easy to find what you're looking for within the portal. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Total easy to integrate and use. You get a fast overview of all your Customers (Tenants). What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Onboarding was perfect, they reviewed the whole system part by part. There is a lot of cool features you can use to manage your systems and also offer remote help to users. The ticketing system is awesome too. Installs quick and easy on computers and is very lite.
