"Great Product Overall"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Windows Patching is generally very good and device details are easy to find and view. We also love the ability to add End User accounts so that we can delicate remote access to our clients What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There are some minor bugs here and there, mostly with alerts in the console. It doesn't always clear alerts when it's supposed and to give some false positives regarding patching status and ...

"NinjaOne / RMM used by an MSP"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja helps streamline our support services. The automation tools that exist within ninja are awesome. With ninja we have the ability to carry out support tasks using scripts. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? In the way we use ninja there really aren't a lot of downsides. It would be nice if there were an integrated security scanning tool like Nessus or a comparable product. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly ...

"A high quality RMM that does what it says"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It's simple, yet powerful. The user interface is easy to understand and the onboarding team are excellent. We've found the integrations to be painless and the overall solution to be cost effective. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I'd love to see greater integration with alternative AV solutions (such as Sophos) and potentially integration with other solutions such as MDM. The documentation feature is in its ...

"Excellent RMM features with good support and regular updates"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Even though it's now NinjaOne, the RMM piece is our bread and butter for managing our devices. I like all the various scripts available to ease management and the regular Ninja office hours meetings where their experts show you how to make the most of your subscription. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I really like the RMM portion, but we don't need the backup or documentation solutions that are now part of ...

"Quick ROI"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The initial installation was almost trivial. From there, NinjaOne produced results for us within days of deployment. It gives us better control over Windows updates than our previous tool, and information on each device that is easy to access. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The biggest complaint is that it's modular. It's not a tool where you pay one price and get it all. To get the full functionality, you ...

"Great RMM, lacking in the ticketing department"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like the interface for the RMM portion. At a glance, I can see how many computers are online. If any are unhealthy (multiple reason why this would be). Servers, workstations, and NMS and quickly jump into each to dig down into their list. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Alerts do not go away quickly. We have alerts if a server has not rebooted in 30 days, from Ninja, I can remote in and reboot the system. I ...

"Reliable service with great customer support!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Being able to see all the information you need before even remote into a customer's computer is beneficial. Alongside the customer support, I couldn't be happier. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There are many updates, which is excellent, but sometimes I have issues with the Teamviewer integration. I do not blame them for it, but having a section to check the ongoing problems would be helpful. What problems is ...
