"Simple, fast and complete"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The management interface is simple and intuitive. The thing I like most? The frequent updates and bug fixes, the developers cares a lot about the product. The support is also really good, although there is a dojo (wiki). What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I think they should push more on the NMS section, today it's the only really fundamental thing missing to become the best one. The splashtop connection for ...

"Great Service Great Name"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja has provided us with a secure and simple way to work remotely, when we needed it the most. I love their technical support response time and the expertise and care provided by the sales team. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? As of right now, the only thing has been the way TeamViewer and Ninja APIs seem to be difficult to navigate, unless you receive extra support. I have had a few issues with TeamViewer ...

"One of the best in market for IT monitoring/management"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy to manage, gives you very detailed information about endpoints/servers. Very helpful and easy to do patch management in regards of software and operating systems. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Nothing in particular, the only issue would be a few false positives in regards of system updates, and some optional updates sometimes would not apply accordingly. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) ...

"Fantastic support combined with a reliable suite of core tools helps us be an effective MSP"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We love the easy to use interface and policy management system: it saves us time and massive headaches when dealing with patch management. Onboarding new devices is intuitive and stress free. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Pricing is a bit higher than I'd like, but we're still getting value for our current pricing tier. I also think the Backup Agent shouldn't be a separate charge per device as it utilizes the ...

"Ninja, one of the best RMM"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? This product is easy to use and support is generally good. Compared to our last RMM tool, this product comes through by doing everything you expect from a RMM tool. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja still lacks the ability to fire scripts when machines first reconnect/connect. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Great connectivity and monitoring of end ...

"If you manage computers and/or servers....you need this."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ease of use. You don't need a 24x7 dedicated resource to operate Ninja. With a few clicks, you can find just about anything you need. Other solutions can be difficult to navigate and require a dedicated resource. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? So far anything that I didn't like was corrected in an update. Ninja continues to expand their offerings and add features that may be missing. What problems is NinjaOne ...

"It just works."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne just works. Easy to find your way around, no unnecessary clutter or extra "features" you'll never use. Having used several other RMM platforms, I can definitely say NinjaOne is the easiest to understand and operate -- especially for new staff to learn. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne documentation could be improved and easier to find, but support is always available if you don't know how to ...
