"Ninja, one of the best RMM"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? This product is easy to use and support is generally good. Compared to our last RMM tool, this product comes through by doing everything you expect from a RMM tool. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja still lacks the ability to fire scripts when machines first reconnect/connect. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? "If you manage computers and/or servers....you need this."
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ease of use. You don't need a 24x7 dedicated resource to operate Ninja. With a few clicks, you can find just about anything you need. Other solutions can be difficult to navigate and require a dedicated resource. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? So far anything that I didn't like was corrected in an update. Ninja continues to expand their offerings and add features that may be missing. What problems is NinjaOne ...

"It just works."
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne just works. Easy to find your way around, no unnecessary clutter or extra "features" you'll never use. Having used several other RMM platforms, I can definitely say NinjaOne is the easiest to understand and operate -- especially for new staff to learn. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne documentation could be improved and easier to find, but support is always available if you don't know how to ...

"Fast Fresh Reliable"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The best part of Ninja is their community relations and their staff. Sure their product is excellent, but like most products it has its moments. Where it really shines is the way the Ninja staff handles these moments. From the great experience on the helpdesk to the very helpful team members of the official Discord channel. The Ninja community relations are top notch, all feedback is taken on board and perhaps more impressively, ...

Darkmode being one of the main ones. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Ninja handles all ...

"Ninja is a 10 in my book"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The ease of deployment is very nice and simple. The upsides to me are: - Ability to list devices within a location - Schedule scripts to run based on events - View the event log without getting onto the machine - Remote into the machine from the platform - Script library is awesome What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Reporting based on location isn't where I would have hoped. I know it is on the roadmap but can't ...

"Powerful Tool, Simple UI, and Great Dev Community"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? At a time that we have been repeatedly disappointed by vendors and products, Ninja has been the standout for both. It was easy to deploy, documentation is great, support is responsive, updates are quick, feature roadmap is built around users, and the dev community is always providing great scripts. I spent the last 10 years at MSP's before moving to the customer end in a Director of IT role. I can't understand why so many MSP's are ...
