"Powerful Tool, Simple UI, and Great Dev Community"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? At a time that we have been repeatedly disappointed by vendors and products, Ninja has been the standout for both. It was easy to deploy, documentation is great, support is responsive, updates are quick, feature roadmap is built around users, and the dev community is always providing great scripts. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The ease of deployment is very nice and simple. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Simple interface, powerful control, easy training for new staff What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Serves our needs nicely. Nothing I really dislike worth mentioning. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? "Awesome tool for any IT professional"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The most helpful feature I find with the product is the ease of use of the dashboard. It has everything you need and is quickly accessible. "Simple, fast and complete"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The management interface is simple and intuitive. The thing I like most? The frequent updates and bug fixes, the developers cares a lot about the product. The support is also really good, although there is a dojo (wiki).
