What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy to implement and manage , very helpful for working and keeping up to date your endpoints/servers. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Its a very flexible platform with great scripting and reliability, we use teamviewer mainly and this integrates well into the platform. Support is also very responsive as is the dev team What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The most helpful about NinjaOne is the OS patching and the possibility to control the operation of endpoints completely remotly. NinjaOne is a lot easier to use compared to other RMM software like N-Able NCentral, which allows admins to offload certain tasks like adding conditions to users.
