"Ninja is great for constrained staffs"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I really like the API availability and the built-in patching mechanism. There are plenty of easy-to-use tools and built-in reports. The ability to extract and relate custom fields to PCs is a huge positive on the NinjaOne platform. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? At a larger scale, 8000+ managed systems, Ninja can be slow to respond and understand the challenges of my needs as an administrator of such a large ...

"Everything Everywhere, all in One Place"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Consolidated 4 different program suites into one centralized location on one invoice. The simple yet effective ticketing system is easy for end users to navigate. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Separate dashboards for BitDefender & Ninja should be combined. There also seems to be a bit of a disconnect on the support side between the two. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about. What problems is ...

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? You have almost every relevant IT Tool in one place, you can automate a surprising amount of daily tasks, the UI is easy to use and easy on the eyes, and the Ninja Team, with both their support and sales staff, do a great job. "Ninja One for the win!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja has helped us reduce the number of programs that we were using to accomplish the same tasks. We've been able to combine the features of 5+ programs by using NinjaOne. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Reporting could use some work, which we've been told by Ninja is being worked on. The ticketing application in particular, could use better reporting options that are found on alternative options. What ...

"Affordable RMM solution for MSP or EndUser"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Remote access to staff laptops via SplashTop (or TeamViewer). Patching. There are many features I haven't explored, but hope to in the future - like scripting. Installation via MSI file made deployment via Intune easier. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There is some complexity involved. Patching needs improvement for servers. If an installation goes bad, it's hard to repair. But these tend to be minor issues ...

"Breath of fresh air"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It has the simplicity for your to get up and running on the system from day one, whilst it has plenty of depth to allow you to mould it to your needs as your experience grows. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Not a lot. We have been waiting what seems like forever for the next major release which should include BitDefender GravityZone integration, but apart from that, it pretty much does what we need and then ...
