"Control your assets like a pro"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja is very easy to use. We were up and running within 1 week with all our endpoints added. Patch management is a breeze, just set up the options and it will take care of the rest. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? At times Ninja has 3rd party tools that go down and do not work (Splashtop & Teamviewer). But they are very good at proactively keeping us updated on any issues that might arise. What problems is ...

"RMM for small to med business"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaRMM has been very helpful in providing assistance in setting up the initial companies. The tools that come with Ninja are very helpful: Splashtop, Teamviewer, RDP, Ninja CMD prompt and Powershell, Script Library, etc. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There have been a few instances where TeamViewer was not able to connect to endpoints, but this issue is with TeamViewer directly. Scripting can seem ...

"Ninja is easy to use straight out of the box, NINJA-OOBE"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? That includes a prebuilt script that you can use and deploy immediately. In addition, the Ninja community has been very helpful in creating new custom scripts for each of our clients. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I dislike the fact that as soon as an endpoint goes stagnant (old, over 30 days)..... NINJA does not automatically remove it from the list (it continues to bill us). I wish it had an auto ...

"Excelent"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I had the opportunity to test several tools of the same kind. What I like most about Ninja is the ability to create strategies to automate software installation. And even more, the customer service which is excellent. We are followed, the after-sales service is fast and efficient. Documentation is available in 1 click with Dojo. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What I do not like? I have not found yet. May be a ...

The only real downside of NinjaOne is writing your own policies can be a little difficult. You need to ...

"Perfect tool for managing IT assets and monitoring company risks."

Compared to other software manufacturers, the operation of the interface is absolutely intuitive. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)?
