What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We like the ease of use and clarity with NinjaOne. I can install apps, Modify system settings with scripts on the fly. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? If there is One thing i would change or dont like, its that it doesnt have an Ad Hoc for impromptu connections. "It's very user friendly and I love that it makes it easy to remote on."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love that I can use my keyboard a lot more than other remote tools. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I don't like that sometimes I have to elevate my permissions up when trying to update a user's machine. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Making remote on a user's machine a lot easier and it makes my work day go by a lot smoother.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy to use, great organization for assets. Powershell access is essential. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? No complaints at the moment. Suits all our IT needs. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping everything organized and backed up. The ability to do both local and cloud backups is great.

I've been working in helpdesks for over nine years and have never seen such a smooth combination of functionality, support, and performance in one package.
