"It's very user friendly and I love that it makes it easy to remote on."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love that I can use my keyboard a lot more than other remote tools. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I don't like that sometimes I have to elevate my permissions up when trying to update a user's machine. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Making remote on a user's machine a lot easier and it makes my work day go by a lot smoother.
