What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne is easy to use and set up. Their support and customer relationship managers are easy to work with and do an excellent job of communicating. We use this platform for remote control, patch management, and inventory. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like the ease of policy over rides for a RRM tool to be able to manage all of our managed service customers. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The overview of all of my devices. With the recent 3CX security concerns I was able to check all 270 devices in seconds to see what version of 3CX they had and update devices as needed. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It would be nice if policies could be controlled via location.
