"NinjaOne Review"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The alerts are great. The reports are great. It's easy to stay on top of servers which haven't rebooted or have been modified and the alerts are sent to me as text msgs so I don't need to look for them manually. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? In the documentation section, you cannot create documentation referring to more than 1 server, it only allows you to select one server. This seems ridiculous. What ...

"Ninja has given us insight to our technology and services like we didn't have before"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We like the abilities Ninja offers as a whole. The ability to see what is happening with the org's technology and being able to connect to it is an excellent tool. "Swapped from N-Able Solarwinds to NinjaOne"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The ease of use on the ninjaOne dashboards was a good change from Solarwinds. Big fan of the backup solution they offer and the built-in ticketing/systray are our most used features. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The inability to right-click on an asset and immediately launch one any of the tools like remote background or remote access from any screen other than the main OU. "NinjaOne has everything we need in a CRM at this stage."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Script and document management are really helpful features of Ninja. The process of remoting into a computer on the network is seemless. The application is fast with quick response. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The least helpful thing about NinjaOne is the lack of connection to asset management. If NinjaOne could connect to our Asset Mangement program, it would be very helpful. What problems is NinjaOne ...
