What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Having Ninja One as a tool for managing updates on a large scale is what I was looking for. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja is thus far the best RMM I have used. I have worked with some of their competitors in the past, and find the competition to be greatly lacking compared to ninja. "Easy to manage PCs and Server"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne allows me to ensure updates are run, see if hard drives are entire, and even have scripts that run at certain times of the week for other things. Allowing users to securely remote into their work PCs is also a big plus. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? A huge upside is the cloud-based service, as well as the mobile apps. We can manage devices from anywhere at any time.
