What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Quickly and easily integrated with our current stack. Documentation and community are very helpful. Great automation possibilities. More user friendly than Connectwise Automate What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Lack of options to perform automated stale agent cleanup. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? N1 is always adding new features. They are in touch with their users and draw innovation from them. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We do not like using Teamviewer in N1. It seems to cause us the most problems. "Great user interface and simply powerful"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? How easy the product is to use and train new employees on. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Some limited functionality in places but it does seem like they have a lot on their roadmap. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? We can easily onboard new clients and deploy our custom software. Their custom API also allows us to automate Ninja into our other products.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I was able to eliminate several other programs after purchasing Ninja. I'm able to see device information that wasn't easily obtainable before. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? My biggest complaint is that tasks aren't eaisly deployable. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The management console for Administration, and also the Dashboard. I also like the Detail, that it automatically sends you an SMS if something wrong is happening with the System. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? My personal thing about Ninja is, that somehow if a system is rebooting, the System won't start again. I don't know why, but everytime when Ninja is restarting an Host, the Host won't start. It allows for automatic patching of the operating system and also a large amount of third party software. It also allows us to have a complete picture and total control over the remote computer.
