What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy to use and there is always a team to help you. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The cost, but it isnt the most expensive either. I just don't like spending money. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? They give you the ability to customize and build your own RMM that works for you.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? it is user friendly and easy to learn. "Ninja Has Saved us Soo Much Time"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like that all resources are easy to get to and use. We use the Teamviewer piece for all our endpoints. It is the best possible solution to be across all our platforms. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There are a few things that I would like to see developed. Not running around the factory to check all PCs and their status.
