What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja is very user-friendly. We made the switch from N-central, and I know we made the right decision. Without any prior training, I managed to add a device in under a minute. Ninja is powerful, without all of the fluff that comes with other RMM tools. It is a perfect fit for smaller IT departments or MSP's who do not have much time to invest in getting a tool customized to work.
