What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love how I have a standardized single management interface for all aspects of the RMM and no longer need to switch between five different products. "NinjaOne is a wonderful RMM product to manage IT assets"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne centralizes all the tools that are needed to manage IT assets. Without this all-in-one solution from NinjaOne, we would have to have separate ticketing, network monitoring, remote support, patch management, inventory management and software deployment systems. Ninja One helps us to make sure all of our devices in our organization are patched frequently, and we can be alerted easily on events we want notifications for. We have even setup user access for end users to access particular servers. This ensures that our users are accessing servers securely using MFA. NinjaOne is powerful and easy to use, it contains what you need and removes a lot of the bloat you get with other platforms that you'll never use. Scripting and monitoring is made easy all through the interface, so no need to upload scripts to servers before being able to run them.
