What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We love being able to see everything through a single interface. An interface that is easy to navigate, and very intuitive. Ninja One helps us to make sure all of our devices in our organization are patched frequently, and we can be alerted easily on events we want notifications for. We have even setup user access for end users to access particular servers. This ensures that our users are accessing servers securely using MFA. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne centralizes all the tools that are needed to manage IT assets. Without this all-in-one solution from NinjaOne, we would have to have separate ticketing, network monitoring, remote support, patch management, inventory management and software deployment systems.
