"NinjaOne...in a million"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne has helped us keep track of inventory, patches, RDP, software and everything else you can think of. We couldn't ask for a better solution! What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? So far what's not to like? We have all the tolls we need and they all work exceptionally well! It saves a ton of time having to schedule remote sessions with a user to do this. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It would be nice to be able to remote into a user's computer without having a popup to alert them to what we're doing. "NinjaOne helped us take control of our IT Infrastructure"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like that Ninja is ever expanding its capabilities, taking user input, and have account managers that are easy to contact and knowledgeable. And whenever they don't know the answer right away, they get right on with researching the answer with their engineers. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There's very little that we don't like about Ninja. The only minor complaint is that they seem to have a bigger focus ...

"Review of NinjaOne"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? SImplicity. The interface is all very intuitive. We had to retrain the entire staff from a previous RMM and it was very easy. previously difficult tasks (scripting, remote tools, etc) were difficult to use and or find. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Windows Patching and patch reporting could be better but I feel like every RMM fails in this area. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how ...

"Jackie - IS THE BEST"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The account management support is fantastic. We're never left hanging with Jackie or the rest of the Ninja team. We like to believe that Ninja truly cares about our organization!!!! :) What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? There's only one Jackie! Also it would be great if we could add a scanning event viewer for myself and my team! That would be technically impressive and better. :) What problems is NinjaOne ...

"Well Rounded Platform"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love how I have a standardized single management interface for all aspects of the RMM and no longer need to switch between five different products. Additionally, they helped us better standardize security implemented with policies and partnerships (S1 for example). What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The third party app updating mechancisim needs an overhaul entirely. It's one of those moments where I would just ...
