What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? First off, NinjaONE's Account team and Support have been great. It's easy to partner up with a company that has a great team inside to support you. For the RMM product itself, it's made maintaining devices that are not in the office at all super easy, as long as that laptop has an internet connection our IT staff and do anything we need to to fix an issue or inventory it. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne is the platform you want to gravitate to if you're considering an RMM tool for your MSP. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The company listens to their customers and adds requested features. We are able to submit a feature request or vote on existing requests.
