What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne is the platform you want to gravitate to if you're considering an RMM tool for your MSP. I've trialed all of the heavy hitters and not one is the perfect storm like NinjaOne + Account Managers and reps, etc. I have to give massive shout outs to Joey Kroom, my account manager, and Henry Murillo for both giving me possibly the best experience I could have. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The company listens to their customers and adds requested features. We are able to submit a feature request or vote on existing requests. As a result, there are lots of useful features. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)?
